Well it was a great night off the track and again how much when you as the race family for something you get .I asked 4 drivers to help with the helmet pass and evened it up to 7!!!!!!! Total raised was 616.41 (they found more)..

Tate Oleary and his brother, Kyle Hope and team Jeff Daniels 1 of our autism race car supporters spearheaded again this year along with his wife Sarah in getting about 7 racecar drivers that were very honoured to be asked to take off their helmets & go through the grand stands and collect money for our Foundation. The total of what these wonderful people collected was $628.76

Drivers conducted a helmet collection at intermission, fans donated $616.41 to the Canadian National Autism Foundation on the third annual ‘Kids Race Autism Night.’Officials from the CNAF were very pleased with the support once again from SBR fans at its souvenir table.... ..........

Ontario Truck Driving School New Presenter Of Canadian National Autism Foundation Event

Thorold,Ontario-An unfortunate scheduling conflict for Ball Hockey International now has the Ontario Truck Driving School as the new presenter of the first Autograph Night of the new season benefiting “KIDS RACE” and the Canadian National Autism Foundation-Saturday June 20th.

“Our friends at the BHI Locations in St. Catharines and Welland will have to assist their Brantford rink’s Walter Gretzky Street Hockey Tournament,” said (Merrittville Speedway GM) Erica Bicknell-Jones, “the opportunity allows us to welcome OTDS. Race Fans and Teams alike can learn about upcoming training for all Commercial Driving Licenses, Heavy Machinery Operation, and Specialized Equipment and of course the CNAF!”

The on track action will be bolstered by a TUSA Modified Lite Tour Event for the Rev’s Full Throttle Powersports Modified Lite Division. The Lucas Oil Weekly Racing Series Event will also feature the Pinty’s 358 Modifieds, Rick’s Delivery Sportsman, Hoosier Stocks and the Van Raine Construction 4 Cylinders. A break in all the racing will see drivers from all divisions invade the front-stretch for the first Autograph Session of 2015.

Founded in 1978, Ontario Truck Driving School’s training is designed to help students succeed. Industry leading programs are delivered by qualified over the road and in the field instructors who have experienced the challenges you may encounter as a new commercial driver or heavy equipment operator. Throughout the years, thousands of men and women have successfully obtained employment with the help of our career-oriented training. With nine campuses across southern and western Ontario, professional training is nearby.

On Autism Awareness Night at Peterborough Speedway Saturday,Ryan Kimball was first in the Earl Ireland Auto Sales Late Model division,Jack Dallin won the Parry Spring Service Renegade Truck feature ,Griffin Powell was first in the Battlefield Equipment Rental 4Fun class,Ryan Oosterholt was the class of the Peterborough Hyundai Mini Stock field and Matt Haufe won the Ontario Legend feature.Peterborough Speedway was happy to host,the Canadian National Autism Foundation for the evening.

7th Annual Hamilton Autism Walk-a -thon and Family Fun Day

Anyone wishing to donate/pledge to this event or for any specific walker to pledge or.just to donate go to our website and click on the donate button but add the persons name that you are doing the pledge for or put donation to event so that the person gets the pledge on their total... The walk is 1/2 km and 1 km long or what ever length you wish to do. Please go to http://www.cnaf.net/upcoming.html for the downloading of the pre-registration form, pledge form and all other information that may be needed.

There will be CNAF Autism merchandise to purchase .

Total pledges of $50.00 per person per pledge form(per person) or more will get a walk t-shirt.. Rain or shine Pre register 11am and walks starts at 11:30

Each participant who will be participating and getting pledges must register, children 5 and under are exempt from getting pledges. We are having vendors purchasing spots this year so those that have signed up please contact us before the end of May.There are a few more spots left. The office for more information 905-930-8682

July 28/15)Scotia Speedworld’s Weekly Racing Series is proud to present KIDS RACE on behalf of the Canadian National Autism Foundation (CNAF)The CNAF will be at Scotia Speedworld on Friday night with information on their foundation as five divisions of race cars battle in the Weekly Racing Series.On track this week are the Hydraulics Plus Bandoleros,The Chickenburger Thunder cars, Strictly Hydraulics Legends,Coors Light Trucks and the Dartmouth Dodge Sportsman.

Adult admission for the Weekly Racing Series is just $12.00; Youth (8-15) are $2.00 and children 7 and under are freeall summer long!Tickets are available at the gate on race day (cash only).Grandstand gates open at 5:00 PM with racing action slated to get underway at 7:00 PM. The first picture Nathan who is diagnosed with ASD was asking/handing out programs to that those who wanted one when he asked. Because of this great job the lady Sandy who was selling Ohsweken Programs seen the great job Nathan was doing and asked if he could work with her selling the programs Sandy said she has never sold out and never went through programs so fast as she did with Nathan helping She paid him for helping her It was a great night for both of them.
